5 Tips for Requesting a Winning Proposal: 

1. Describe your needs and expectations as detailed as possible
2. Include an ideal completion date
3. If you have a budget to stick to, mention it
4. Your preferred method of communication (i.e., are you comfortable with 100% remote work? Would like occasional in-person meetings?
5. Goals and metrics for success. Especially with more tactical work: describe what are you looking to achieve - more leads? Downloads? Web traffic? etc.
